Corn Bread Casserole



You'll need:

one box of Jiffy corn bread mix
one can of corn, 12 oz
one can of creamed corn, 12oz

8x12 or similar baking dish

Mix the corn bread and both cans of corn together, do not drain.

If you want, you can add the milk and egg.

Bake at 375-ish for 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

Options:

butter fried onions
butter fried mushrooms
pork sausage
bacon bits
grated cheese, mixed in and/or on top
