It was a nice day to drive up a little road I'd never been on before. It just loops right back around to the base of the hills in the San Luis Bay Estates. Lovely. Nicely paved, covered in oaks, with amazing views. Of course, there's hardly any place to stop for a picture, so I had to stop in the middle of the road for this. Good thing there was no other traffic on the whole road. In the distance, you can see Avila Pier right off the beach, and then San Luis Pier off to the right. the rolled out, making it just a great day.
Traffic wasn't too bad. The trip north was only marred by a brand new Toyota Corolla thinking she was Speed Racer. The trip south was the usual slowing at Avila Beach Drive.
